Riders must weigh between sixty-five and two hundred and fifty pounds. There are no minimum height requirements, but there is a height maximum of six feet and six inches. Participants in the zipline tour are given the proper gear for safety and are taught how to properly ride on a zipline both through a safety video and a practice run on a lowered zipline.

Riders should also dress appropriately for ziplining in Big Bear, wearing weather-appropriate clothing, hiking shoes, hair ties if they have long hair, and knee-length bottoms or longer. Our certified tour guides are knowledgeable and know how to give you an unforgettable experience. A special shout-out to Jenn in the office. Splendid, indeed! Took my grandsons, 10 and 8. First, you have an information tutorial and safety lecture, then a van takes you up the mountain to the first stop. All the drivers are fun and will answer any questions. There are 9 zip lines, with a stop half was to rest and have some water. There is a cameraman taking shots all along the way.

The entire event takes a little over 3 hours. It was a really fun experience and the boys loved it! My 11 year old son and I did this together and we both had a lot of fun.

The guides are very helpful and have a great sense of humor. Everyone on the tour was accommodated. If you're a little apprehensive about doing this don't be. The views are amazing and the zip lines are a lot of fun. My only regret is that I wish it had lasted longer. Zip lining is a pretty intuitive sport so you should be flying high in no time, conquering nine sensational runs and a hair-raising suspension bridge!

The staff was amazing. The young men were terrific and funny and helpful and knowledgeable. Overall this was a great experience. The staff was professional from every aspect. Their instructions were very easy to understand and everyone's safety was their utmost importance while insuring everyone had a great time. I loved the staff on the excursion. Our Van driver was safe and funny and I enjoyed our convo. The guys on the lines were great.

Absolutely great. Zoolander was super cute. Their personalities were great. The team was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, even when I was nervous.
